• The leaving date.
• Changing 3 rooms on arrival, the dirty conditions, and the unpleasant atmosphere.

“The standard for this hotel is unacceptable, the room cleanliness was disgusting, from cob-webs to hairs in the bathroom, to general dirty housekeeping, and no in house quality control. After refusing 2 rooms because of the conditions, they felt they had done enough by offering an upgrade to a room with a spa, but that was even worse, I just wanted to go somewhere where the room was clean and I could sleep after traveling 23 hrs. The name may be Grand Hyatt but it does nothing for the hotel.”

• The view from our room was great!
• The room was very dull, very disappointed!

“Was quite disappointed. Definitely over rated! The view from our room was great but the room itself looked nothing like shown on the net, all creme in color. Very dull and boring and very outdated. In need of a desperate revamp! I know renovations are happening for the rest of the hotel at the moment, but not too sure about the rooms? Very disappointing!”
