• central location cheap and cheerful clean but basic
• very basic no added extras

• Very convenient for the heart of Manchester Comfortable bed
• This is not a criticism - I just can't see anywhere else to put it. We attempted to book online, but the website eventually gave us a phone no.

• Clean and adequate for a good price. Very helpful and friendly staff.
• All fine.

“Would be good to advise visitors not to access the hotel by the small alleyway, but by the main road. The hotel was a good price and central, clean and friendly.”

• It was cheap!
• Lights didn't work in bedroom or bathroom. Much noise from alley outside window

“This is very cheap and cheerful. Not really a place you should bring a partner if you are trying to impress them. If you just want a place to lay your head after a heavy night out this will do. Sometimes you don't need classy you need functional - this does it. Shower is hot, breakfast helps soak up the alcohol.”

• nice clean decor, comfortable bed!
• very cold room on arrival. heating not on! (in December?) Complained twice at reception.

“reception eventually helpful re heating. on our request provided additional bedding and turned heating on then up until room temp comfortable.
Overall though, heating issue aside, pleased with value for money.....where else can you get a room in city centre at such a price!”

• the rooms were clean and tidy and were warm
• the shower room was cold as there was no heating in there

“it is a good hotel if you just want to go out for the night and the room is just a base to get ready in and sleep in at night as i didnt see any food or bar area in the hotel maybe there was but we werent told”

• not enough plug sockets. nt enough breakfast

“plug to far from mirror. also kettle had to be placed on tv as cudnt reach table. so suggestions move plug in suitable place. also fix light in 12A above mirror!”

• condition of room dampness,broken windows in skylight. no lift had to walk to top floor

• Friendly efficient staff, clean comfortable room.
• Hard to find hotel from directions.

• How friendly the staff were even when we were a tad late checking out.

• it was clean, and the staff were nice.
• there was no parking (it said on line there was), the shower did not work properly, and the sheets on the bed were ripped.
