• Room was good for what I needed it for, getting ready and somewhere to stay clean and nice.
• Staff were not very friendly or helpful.

“I was overall impressed it was good location for going out which is what I wanted it for. Staff were a little rude and not very helpful. The room I had was fine, clean, tidy and had everything I needed. I thought price was good also. I would stay again.”

• Very central. Good location for all amenities
• Shabby and tired looking. Poor service. Much better value elsewhere.

“The first two rooms that I was given the key for didn't open and this set the scene for my stay at the Gardens Hotel. The room I eventually got was shabby and though not dirty, looked well and truly worn out as was my bed. Breakfast was not at convenient times for early meetings and had a poor choice and dreadful quality for the price. The night staff were thoroughly unhelpful and one man was really rude. All in all really disappointing.”

• Accomodation was extremely basic, with a room without any windows

“The accomodation was very cheap for the night in question (Man U vs Chelsea), however -u50 for a windowless room and no breakfast represented very poor value for money”

• Zentrale Lage (Einkausm'glichkeiten, GMEX), leicht mit 'ffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen, sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal
• Zimmer ohne Fenster

“Das der Eingang des Hotels sich direkt zum Piccadily Gardens hin befindet und es Zimmer ohne Fenster gibt. Preis-Leistung ist fnr britische VerhSltnisse sehr gut.”

• Near to the train station and shops.
• On arrival we noticed toilet didn't flush. Room service number not provided until asked.

“Generally it was very good. Although, it would have been helpful to have know that the room would not be booked under my name but my partner's as the guest.”
