- the friendliness and attitudes of staff. genuine interest in us as people rather than as folk who will pay. Also looked after kids so that they could have icecream kept in kitchen freezer.
- a small refrigerator would have been great and perhaps a small table in the family room - however space would be a problem.
“Wonderful way for my family to experience Manchester attitudes and opinions about life. We could ask anything and staff were very keen to provide honest answers so we could make comparisons. If ever in Manchester, I would go back.”
