• The room.

“Awful hotel, bad service, facilities in the room do not work ( Iron, Internet, air conditioning). Hotel is poorly located especially for business travelers. By no means is this a 4 star hotel, staff does not know what it mean to service guests.”

• Room was comfortable and roomy. Nice touches like teapot. Reception staff were very helpful.
• Power failure in room, we were moved to a smaller not so comfortable room. Concierge staff were reluctant to help us book day excursions.

“Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Some of the staff were very helpful, others were so. The hotel shuttle had limited hours of operation but were more than helpful during hours of operation. We did incur a problem with our original room and management staff were quick to respond to our concerns.”

• i liked breakfast!!!! and air con it was very blowey!
• not being allowed to use the swimming pool, due to not having credit card details, we paid in cash.

• Nothing.
• Noisy. Noisy. Noisy. No quiet at all due to flimsy construction.

“This hotel was indicated as a three star and was really a 1.5 star. You could hear every word spoken in rooms next to you and above you. We told people we were staying at the Thistle City Garbagecan in the suite. Awful.”
