• very good position in the centre of city, some sightseeings in walking distance
• impossible small bathroom, no case for clothing in the room

“It is O.K. for people, which want to stay a few days in the centre of London for good price for accomodation. But room is poor, bathrom extremely small ( about 1 sq. meter !! ) and full English breakfast is also poor”

• I liked the people....pleasant, tried to please. Room was clean.
• I hated the room...extremely spartan....old,chipped sink, little space..Noisy...Depressing!!!!

• Bunk beds.In the original booking I specified a lift. I was not informed that there was no lift

“I would like to have known that I would be sleeping in a bunk bed
A continental usually consists of more than Corn flakes or muesli and toast.The full English breakfast was also very poor.I did not enjoy the tea out of a vacuum flask.The on screen text when I was booking said there was tea and coffee making facilities,I did not have any.”

• Freindly staff and value
• No decor in the room.

“For an expensive city like London, the Enrico offered a nice budget option and we were happy with the breakfast included. I would have preferred a room with a bit more character but it was clean enough and the bed was comfortable.”
