• Hotel was clean and the staff was nice
• The room was a cold and humid basement room with the drainage from the shower half clogged

“The room was a cold basement room. I had to sleep in an overcoat under the bed clothing. The floor of the room was humid, most likely from the half clogged drainage from the shover. I had a bad sleep but the breakfast was ok.”

• Fast and easy check-in. Friendly staff. Good value for the money. The location is good.
• Small bathroom and in a not to good shape.

“A small and friendly hotel. Perfect location if you arrive with train to S:t Pancras or Kings Cross railway stations. The room and the bath-room were quite simple but clean. English breakfast included.”

• Quiet location remarkably only 2 mins walk from station.Cosy room, with lovely pine furinture.

“This was an excellent find and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. Only two minutes from King's Cross Station but in a lovely quiet residential area. Staff are very friendly. Room, although small,is cosy and comfortable - recently decorated with lovely pine furniture. Even the bed, althoguh not quite the size of a double, was comfy. Breakfast very tasty - bacon, egg, beans and toast - would have liked a sausage though! Amazing value!”

• Clean, well equiped, 24 hour access.
• For the price and based on it's location it was very good.

“This is a good budget B&B, with clean facilities, basic furniture etc and my room also had a sink in it. The shower and toilet facilities are shared.”

• Clean quiet room, with cooked breakfast - good value for money. Hotel is very close to Kings Cross tube so easy to get around.

• It is cheap, easy to reach (close to King's Cross Station), reasonably clean
