• Nice staff and a very clean room.
• We had no hot water in our room and the room was freezing

“It would have been nice to konw that the rooms didn't have toilets.”

• The hotel was very conveniently located to Kensington Gardens and the Tube. Rooms were clean, good shelf space.
• Noise level very high, water pressure was not consistent, once almost no water at all.

“It would be handy to know if there was any access to the kitchen for heatign up food. A notice of the high noise level would have been an advantage.”

• the staff were not very service-minded.

“This place is NOT a hotel, its a hostel. The informasjon given on the web is incorrect. We booked a family-room with a maximum of 6 beds for our family (5 people). When we turn up at the hotel we were offered a room with 8 beds and sharing this with two people we did not know. The staff was not able to find us another room even if we paid extra for it. If we ha been informed that we had to share with other people we had never booked the room in the first place.
