• Housekeeping was very good. Desk staff was not very polite. The location was key for me. Hotel was convenient to my conference site. Room was a good size and the bathroom was clean and sizable.
• Very outdated and dismal. I like old buildings but the decor in my room was dark and uninviting. The cost was too high. I have stayed in London for less. If the cost was lower, my review would have been better.
