• Staff(especially in bar)were extremely helpful & friendly.

“The hotel was great value for money - just what we needed for one night's stay. It was a bit of a shame that evening meal & breakfast wasn't available, but this was made up for by the lady behind the bar who was so helpful & friendly & suggested alternatives.”

• Clean Rooms, Good Resturant

• Accommodation was very clean, warm, and staff were very helpful when required.
• Rooms were smallish, extract fan in toilet was faulty.

“Generally the accommodation was what I expected, it was in a good central area, and overall the minor comment about the room size was our only complaint.”

• Good value for the standard of accommodation. We paid '39.50
• Two collegues on the 2nd floor experienced noise/rodiness from other guests after 2am

“Overall the hotel was fine. The noise spoilt my collegues rest but not all guests show consideration for others.”

“Your booking confirmation advised me of an incorrect post code for the hotel. I had used the postcode to obtain directions from the internet. As a result, I was looking for the hotel in a village 5 miles from where I should have been. I tried to call the hotel several times for directions however my call was diverted to BT answer phone message - this was at approx 6.00pm. Fortunately, I obtained directions from the local library, however I therefore arrived 1 hour behind schedule and added a further 10 miles to my journey!”

• Plenty of parking, nice room
• All night there was a loud noise like someones extractor fan in another room had been left on and made it difficult to sleep

“I would like to have known what time in the evening you stop serving food as we arrived late in the evening and due to our racing schedule had not eaten. Would have been nice if you could have offered us a snack to keep us going”

• There was alot of parking spaces available, very easy to find and it was clean.
• Rooms were a little hot.
