• The size of the room and the location of the hotel,only a few minutes away from Leeds station, shops,cinema and restuarants.Fantastic because I travelled to Harrogate and back from Monday to Thursday.
• It was noisy due to traffic but thats to be expected.The bed in my room was very uncomfortable,it was squeecky and I think a new mattress and base is due.

• The room was clean and the staff were courteous. City centre location.
• Eating a poor breakfast in a pub/nightclub environment means I will not book again.

“In general the hotel provided good value for '55, being right next to the train station and the city centre. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff welcoming, polite and helpful. However the entrance to the hotel is not very enticing, with a single door into lobby area and the reception on the third floor. I felt the access to be not very secure, evidenced by visitors to a guest who set of a fire alarm at 3.30am. The bathroom, although clean could have done with modernising. Also, a telecoms plug for a laptop in the room would have been useful.

All the above I can live with, but what would put me off staying there again is the quality of the breakfast and having to eat it a pub/nightclub environment.”

• Overall it covered our needs , thought breakfast was included in the price of overnight stay
• Nothing we disliked

“Only the breakfast I would not hesitate to stay again or recommed it to friends . Perfect location from train station easy to find”

• Very close to train station, shops, pubs & clubs
• Traffic and clubbers a little noisy at times.

“Plesant overnight stay in a four poster bed in the centre of Leeds. Well situated for train station, although traffic and clubbers were a little noisy at times as the room was situated on the 1st floor. Our stay was mid week, so may be noisier at the weekend.”

• Good location, easy check-in, secure with key entry to lifts etc
• Difficult to find where breakfast was, room very very noisy

“Overall it was an adequate stay and everyone I met staff wise was helpful. The room was pleasant and spacious enough but it was very noisy during the night with the trains and traffic nearby.”

• room was always nice clean and tidy. good slection of teas and coffees. check in was nice and easy, easy to find
• the shower was really bad, the temperature was extremly tempramental. it seemed to be either scorching hot or extremly cold. however, it was very good value for money
