Situated in the heart of Leeds City Centre, yet with a peaceful riverside location. This award-winning Townhouse has 41 individual bedrooms all unique in size and style, but united in comfort and quality. As a converted corn mill, the hotel has many original characteristics. All the bedrooms have CD Players, Satellite TV, 3 Telephones, Modem Points, ironing board, trouser press, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Conference facilities include The Blue Room and the Fletland Suite, with a maximum capacity of 70 delegates. From Tuesday through to Friday 0700-1000, a complimentary chauffeur drive is available to guests to deliver them to their meeting in the city centre radius. Located next door to the hotel are two excellent restaurants - Pool Court Michelin Starred and Brassiere Forty 4.[less]

Unique, modern ,wonderful location,great staff
Provide a teapot in the room please!

“We were sorry to be staying only one nightand will definitely be staying again in the future. One small niggle was getting to the hotel via the loop road!”
