  • Location.
  • Quietness. Bad service. Sometimes cleaners don't come during the 10-17h period. House has too many stairs, not adequate for children and older people.

“Let's be honest, we don't get what they sell us on the website. Relaxation? Maybe, if you're lucky and you get an apartment in the first row (there are two rows of apartments). That way, you won't have to listen your neighbors cars, when they arrive (sometimes very late) and park near your window. By the way, people that rent apartments in the second row have to park their cars away form it, and then carry their luggage through a ramp that's far from being nice (but you still have to stand you neighbors' cars by the window...). Cleanliness well, I've seen better. You pay too much for what you get.”
