• Staff friendly, room comfortable.
• Room too hot, no tea making facilities in room, noisy from road and other guests, guest bar not usable due to private function.

“Hotel looks nice, but dig a little deeper and it fall apart a bit. Room far too hot and no air conditioning meant we had to keep the window open, but then we were kept awake by noise from outside. Following night we kept the window shut, but were then woken up at 2.15am by noisy guests next door - disappointed by hotel which had no signs to request that guests remain quite when entering hotel late or staff who did not think to ask a party of females to respect other guests when returning from a Saturday night out. When we mentioned this to the staff in the morning we were asked if we had had time to mention this to the guests concerned (at 2.15 in the morning I think Not!). Layout of room not good - no mirror to use to dry hair, had to use extension lead which felt very loose in socket. No tea and coffee making facilities - a tray arrived on request but was missing sugar and was not removed the following morning when room serviced.”

• Modern, clean rooms with excellent facilities.
• Residents lounge closed when we were there (Sunday)

“The hotels location is excellent. The quality of the hotel is superb throughout from the corridors to the restaurant as well as the rooms.

The breakfast was as good as you will get in a hotel.

I would definately return if I was back in Liverpool.”

• My own room with tv,dvd player,shower.
• The price of the room. I thought the price for one person to stay one night was very high. The price could of been cheeper for one person and more for two people.

“I had a great stay at the hotel. I was on my own and the price was on the high side especially in sterling and the change from euros. The room was great my own tv and dvd player and shower etc. I would recommend this hotel for two or more people to share the room and the bills.”

• excellent food, service, surroundings, staff
• instructions needed for TV/DVD upstairs, fridge not working so no way to keep any drinks orded cold

“The Hotel was better than expected, I would not hesitate in recomending it to friends. The steak was the best my partner and myself have ever had. The room was fantastic, staff were more than helpfull. What more can I say. We will definatly be returning.”

• Helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Delicious coffee and croissants. Selection of Sunday papers.
• Limited availability of parking. Poor T.V. reception in room Loudness of music in bar
