• nice shower !

“I had booked a double ensuite and got a single without shower and toilet. The lady at the hotel told me she would be able to move me to another room the next day, but I still got a single room then. When I was about to make the move to another room I was told to leave the hotel and come back in an hour, cause my room wasn't ready yet.

The website says all rooms have a DVD-player, but i only had a videoplayer. In the room there's a note that you can ask for films downstairs, but when I did, I was told they didn't have any.

I was not allowed to have any company in my room, allthough I had actually BOOKED a DOUBLE room in the first place, cause there would be the possibility that my friend would come with me. I couldnt help it that I didnt get the room I booked, could I ?

When I checked out, no-one said thank you or goodbye. I paid and they walked away. Bad manners !”
