• Food was wonderful.
• Beach was crowded and we had items stolen at poolside.

“Our vacation was great, but it turned out more expensive since we had several items stolen by the pool. The staff seemed uninterested when we asked if they had a lost and found and we never did find one.”

• Beautiful beach, bar and disco are cool too.
• Rooms are kind of old and the food is not that great and the pool was dirty.

“The best thing about this hotel is the beach and the people that works there they try very hard to make u happy, Rooms are OK the mattresses are too soft and needs more lights is too dark. Overall is OK I had fun”

• The food staff in any restaurant, the cleaning service.
• The entertainment and they were too busy trying to get lucky.

“The first impression of the hotel is inspiring. From leaving New York's cold, snowy forecast to arriving to palm trees and humidity. The grounds are kept neat and well groomed. Even though half of the pool was being maintained, that did not affect the visit. The food and wait staff make the dining experience a memorable one. The maid service made our room as if it were our first time entering it. Everyday, great pride was taken while preparing our room. They have entertainment called the "chocolate friends". If you are American they are more like the chocolate "enemies." The hotel made it their business to cater to the European market. I selected this hotel because I thought it was an American hotel based in the Carribean, it was a Hilton after all. Was I wrong? This is not the place you want to go if you do not speak French, Italian or German - they even made English the fourth language translated during the sub par entertainment. This is an embarrassing hotel for an American company, this place is not recommended.”
