• Modern, convenient, clean, attractive, and close to attractions.

“Hotel is located in prestigious neighborhood right by the tube staion. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from close by not to mention a modern bar & restaurant in the hotel. It is clean, safe, modern, attractive, and the staff is excellent!”

• The location was excellent - right on the tube line and close to shopping.
• Common spaces are a little run down, beds are very hard, and staff (while friendly) are not helpful at all. It's as though they don't live in London.

“For the location, this hotel was just fine for a short 2 night stop-over. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel; the common spaces are a little tired, but the rooms are clean. The beds are hard. Note that the hairdryer is hidden in the desk drawer.”

• Didn't hear the noise from outdoors.
• We had to wait a while after check-in before our room was ready.
