• Location, location, location.
• It's always heated--year round--and in mid-summer on a hot day that was not very nice.

• Almost nothing, but they always changed the towels, it is positive.
• Mostly all, the staff, the room, the guests, the lobby, the toilet and more.

“The hotel is not as it seems to be on-line (pictures of rooms for an example) and is mostly for people that are drinking and doing nothing but going on pubs. I was not happy with the hotel and would not consider going there again. I think that it's necessary to re-build the hotel and make it more friendly, clean and new. I am going to pay a little more next time for a better hotel. thank you.”

“excellent location. however the breakfast experience in Harry Ramsdens was dreadful, few staff, long queues, and disorganised. our breakfast was cold by the time we had located cups, toast, cutlery etc.”

“Sadly, we were unable to stay at the Regent Palace because my husban was unwell, however, we have stayed there before and highly reccommended it to colleagues who were able to stay there this time. We like the service and people there and will most definately stay there again.

• location, you get value for your money when you consider you are located in the center of london! nice hotel with the service and facilites you need

“Big hotel, 1000 rooms, so do not expect small romantic hotel. Go for the regent rooms with toilet/bath facilites in the room, then you have all you need for cheap money.”

• We were not set up on the hotels database so it was very inconvenient when we checked in.

“Cheap, cheerful and located right in the heart of the city.
Rooms could be a little more pleasant with en-suite but i supose you can't expect too much for your money.”

• Great location. Good check-in (plenty of staff on the desk).
• Dirty carpets, small en suite and noisy.

“The lobby is deceptive - It gives an image of a much higher standard than we found when we entered the room.
The carpet was badly stained and old. There was no bedside furniture (a small table would have been nice). The en-suite was barely adequate and was obviously an after thought, making the room smaller than it was originally designed to be.
I know the location is noisy, but no consideration of this has been made by the hotel (double glazing would help) and as a result no one in our party got any sleep at all (we occupied 3 rooms in various locations of the hotel).”

“Although my room was clean, the hotel in general was very rough round the edges, corridors were damaged and the bathrooms were on the whole dirty and damaged. However at '44 per night in the centre of London it was a bargain!”

• zentralste lage! 10meter vom piccadilly circus! einfach genial
• alle snack automaten defekt. 1 dusche pro stockwerk. fenster kann mann kaum aufmachen

“jederzeit wieder werde ich in dieses hotel gehen, wenn ich wieder
in london bin. da ist es nicht so schlimm, wenn das hotel nicht in bestem zustand ist. dafnr sind die betten sauber und jeden tag frisch gemacht, das ist fnr mich das wichtigste. auch die toiletten und die dusche in den gSngen sind ok. und ist es nicht das besste, wenn mann direkt im herzen dieser stadt ist, umgeben von einkaufsm'glichkeiten und hunderten von restaurants, partys, musicals und bars ohne mit der ubahn oder dem taxi fahren zu mnssen?! zentraler geht es einfach nicht mehr! piccadilly circus vor der haustnre und die oxfordstreet in ein paar minuten zu fuss erreichbar!
ein kiosk und eine br'tchenbar sind auch noch direkt im hotel, also auch fnr die, die das morgenessen verschlafen, gibt es die m'glichkeit schnell was zu kaufen, bevor es wieder ins getnmmel geht:o)
alles in allem, preis - leistung stimmt fnr mich und ich kann dieses hotel nur jedem weiterempfehlen

• Location. Is perfect!
• The sistem to have a shower and de facilities.

“The location of the hotel is just perfect to visit London. The room was fair for the money we paid and we knew that there were no facilities in it, so we had to get used to the strange way to have a shower (call to 21 to have someone on the door with a towel and guiding you to a unused shower). Maybe the facilities were the poorest thing of the hotel. Anyway in my opinion the hotel is great for the price cause the room was fair as I said and the location is amazing. I'll come back again.”
