• Clean room, helpful front desk.
• Phone costs 18usd per call, no notification of this expense noted in room. Mini bar charges, even though no one bought anything. .

“Great location, but they fail to tell you what the costs of local calls are (18 USD), charge for mini bar, even though no one took anything. Too expense to eat in hotel, 28 USD for a cont. Breakfast.”

“The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The decor of the hotel is contemporary and the room had a nice feel. The main restaurant had excellent food and a very helpful wine stewart. Easy access to tube stations and on the tube line to Heathrow. Gripes, high speed internet access not available during my stay but apparently will be operational in each room soon. Also very high telephone surcharges applied even when using a card.”
