• Within steps of attractions restaurant/room nicely fitted.
• Water was
  not hot enough in shower.

“I would highly recommend this hotel, from the welcoming lobby, to the beautifully decorated and very efficient room, to the well equipped business center. Ideally located, and very accessible to points of interest and local restaurants, just a short walk away.”

“We would recommend this location in Mayfair, close to the underground, St James park and quaint Shepherd's market. Rooms were spacious and well appointed, staff was very helpful.”

“Great location and great price. There was a reception in the ballroom and the noise traveled up to our room on the fourth floor. The hotel apologized and offered free breakfast for our troubles.

• Classic yet comfortable with very helpful staff (especially the concierge).
• A horrible view of the hotel's concrete courtyard.

“The room was tastefully decorated with classic colors and furnishings which made it inviting. The staff was friendly and very helpful in planning the next leg of our trip with us, and it was conveniently located to Green Park.”

• The room was spacious, very clean, and elegant. The staff were exceptionally gracious from the front desk to the room service and even the doorman!

“This hotel is of exceptional quality. Every staff member made us feel welcome and special. The room was very spacious and elegant, a lot more than I expected. I will definitely stay here again when possible.”
