“I would have liked the option on chosing a quiter room ie one facing away from the road. maybe as an alternative some ear plugs could be supplied! Overall it was very good for just one night stay although if I had to go for more than 1 night without decent sleep I wouldn't have been happy.”

“The hotel offered good value for money and the room was well furnished and clean. Shower room was very small but well furnished. As mentioned before i was slightly taken aback when payment was required on arrival as i had read it was needed when departing.

“I would have liked more (accurate) information on : size of rooms; parking; distance to Olympia. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, but small. Our experience was marred by having our car broken in to. OVerall, the hotel was good value for money at '65 per room incl breakfast.”

“We did't know that we DIDN'T actually pay for our stay online by filling in our credit card number. We thought that we'd payd our stay by doing that, we got a bit chocked when our hotel manager asked us to pay when we checked out.... Everything were explained to us, but still, we think that the information should be clearer...”

“I would have liked to have known that the room was not actually in the hotel itself but in a different building.”

“The single room was adequate for my needs, the bathroom, although small was nice and clean. All facilities provided were good. The other room booked was a double but got given a twin but this was OK for the 1 night we were staying. I have already reccommended the hotel to friends and would stay again next time I visit London.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.

“The hotel was extremely clean and although the rooms were basic they had everything that we could have wanted or needed. It was a bit of a pain goping across the road to have breakfast this was only a very minor problem in what was a very enjoyable stay in a lovely friendly hotel.”
