• Everything especially customer service.

“Their customer service is so bad even the roadside warung did not do what they did to me. I am never going to patron this hotel ever, unless I am forced between life and death. And if you pan pacific people are reading this, send you staff for customer service classes, don't just take rude people and assume they will learn it by themselves. I am thoroughly disgusted with your snide and rude remarks.”

• Near my workplace.
• Customer service was real bad.

“Gosh, I have to say it and I hope they read this. This hotel is biased against locals and their waiter spoke rudely, unbefitting an image of hotelier. I definitely will not patron this hotel ever again. If you are filthy rich and Caucasian, you might find their service plausible and they would kneel down to serve you.”

• Great location, excellent staff, great service. Pacific Floor Room includes many benefits, worth a few extra dollars.
• Just a little far from street bazaars like Chinatown Pealing St.

“Great room and view, very friendly and courteous staff. Pacific Floor room includes access to Pacific Lounge, with free evening cocktails and buffet breakfast. Great deal for those with kids. Excellent location across from mall, McDonald's and Pizza Hut just the thing for picky eaters. Easy access to all of KL, but no hustle and bustle directly outside. Definitely will stay again next time in KL.”

• Good location. Beautiful Building
• Terrible food and service

“My wife and I ordered a meal. Her meal arrived in half an hour but not mine. After 10 mins I complained only to be told that the chef was busy with room service orders. Eventually mine arrived and they reheated my wife's meal. The end result was by far the worst meal we had eaten in K.L. This was sad as the building and location was fantastic”
