• A hotel where everything is in gear and works without fuss - excellent

“Everything was fine. The dedicated parking space that I had booked was ready for me when I arrived. There is really nothing to add. My group and I were very impressed with the booking system. We would willingly come again.”

• Right price, right location. Good value
• When arrived was assigned a twin room. Changed for a double as booked. Could have been a problem if no doubles available.

“Hotel in heart of city, close to many restaurants and sites to see. All major sites within walking distance. Euro Lille station 10 minutes walk away.”

• Clean, tidy comfortable.
• Noisy from water system in other rooms.

“Didn't realise breakfast was not included in price. But positon of hotel was excellent and use of parking extremely useful. Would use again.”

• Staff very helpful. Hotel very central to shops, restaurant, train stations etc.
• Rooms quite small and noisy (you could hear people in the next room quite clearly)

“The hotel was very central - just around the corner from the shops, restaurants etc. A few minutes walk brought you to the main train station where you could take a metro to outside Lille or a tgv to Paris. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms were very clean. The outside of the hotel was being painted at the time but this did not present any problem. The double rooms were small and very compact. We had a triple room which was fine for us. We found the price to be very reasonable and booking on the internet was brilliant. We had no problems on check out and all was as arranged.”

• Good location for town center
• The bedroom and the bathroom in particular were in need of complete re-decoration

“Would have liked to have been advised that the bedrooms were in need of redecoration. This could have pre warned us of what were likely to have expect on our arrival.”
