• Cleanliness of room, breakfast not available as promised, no staff available for checkout at 8:00am

“The hotel room was utterly disgusting and dilapidated. The carpet and bathroom were mouldy. The toilet roll had run out and no staff were available to supply another one. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7:30am but no staff were in the hotel at that time and reception was locked up. In the end I checked myself out at 8:00am, as I had to attend a meeting. I can honestly say that this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.”
