• New sheets.
• Request for cab, wake-up call not met! No locks on windows, ground level, or chain lock for door.

“We were there 3 nights. Blankets and bedspread were torn and worn out. They could not give you help with touring London or sightseeing. We asked the night before to have a cab ready for pick up at 5 AM. They forgot and called a friend--not a cab--to take us to the airport. He charged us twice the rate another cab driver has quoted us for that trip. Carpet was dirty, not vacuumed and torn. Shower had a sign warning, older people not to use it. We are in our 60's! Someone else's bag was in the Bathroom when we checked in!”
