• Full English breakfast was good, and clean bathroom.
• Dated room furnishings, soft and squeaky bed were not very comfortable.

“This property is a motel/motor lodge suitable for travelers requiring budget accommodation. Close to Heathrow Airport and directly under the flight path although aircraft noise wasn't too noticeable. The room was clean but furnishings dated and the bed not very comfortable (I could feel a plastic mattress cover under the sheets to protect from who knows what). The bathroom was clean and a bit more modern. A decent Full English breakfast was included making this property a good value, as long as your expectations for accommodation are minimal.”

• They gave me a bigger room.
• Food in restaurant.

“Basic hotel. Food was awful in restaurant. 15 min walk to any other restaurants.”

• Bed comfortable, clean, large room, modern bathroom.
• Desk clerk.

“I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the desk clerk did not do as I asked. He wanted me to take his cab to the airport after I told him the night before that someone was coming to pick me up at 5:00. He woke me at 4:15 not 5:00 as I asked he wouldn't allow me to use my debit or credit card for cash and made me walk at 12:30am 6 blocks for an ATM machine on a dark street. I just didn't trust him.”

• The staff was courteous.
• Planes flying overhead non-stop!

“For a business traveler, this is the hotel for you. Planes fly overhead from 06:30 to 22:30 daily and the noise is just wonderful. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are all kind and courteous, and willing to help with whatever questions you have that they can answer.”
