  • Night porters.
  • Breakfast chef.

“I arrived at the hotel and found check in quick and efficient. Dinner that evening was excellent, staff was extremely helpful, and steak was cooked to perfection. Only problem I had with my one night stay was with the television in my room, however, the night porters Scott and Gordon were fantastic and acted promptly to my aid. Overall, excellent stay.”

  • External noise (people congregating late evening in parking lot - voices carried).

“This was my second stay in as many years. I intend returning next year and will make a reservation again with Ramada Gourock.”
