• Having a bath/shower combo.
• The bathtub stopper didn't work - water didn't stay in.

“I was easy to find, convenient to downtown, clean. The restaurant food was good and the staff helpful.”

• Excellent location, very safe and close to all major destinations on west side of city.
• Very shabby "around the edges"

“The overall appearance of the hotel is tired and in need of sprucing up (frayed carpets, mildewed shower curtains, stale smoky smell). Upon entering the room, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and there were no towels in the bathroom. Room service delivered towels VERY quickly. The following day, room service never cleaned the room despite the fact that the sing "please make up the room" was hung on the outside doorknob. The neighborhood where this hotel is located is very safe and close to many of the malls and destinations located on the west side of the city. For the money, you could do better than this hotel.”
