• It had a nice pool and the views were great.
• The staff was the worse that I have ever seen at a hotel. We asked the manager to call and he never did.

“I would not suggest using this hotel if you expect the staff to be helpful. They told us wrong information many times and the location is not good. They have negotiated rates for the cabs, which is a lot more than if you had a metered cab. The views are great from the tower and you can see Guadalajara and the pool is nice as well.”
