• location, room with free minibar ( Wedgewood teacups and nice glasses), the lounge on top
• breakfast is not included and too expencive (what about a cheaper alternative ?)

• excellent decor, spacious room, very clean, comfy and great central location.
• expensive breakfast - not included in the price of the room rate.

“I found the hotel to be excellent and I would definitely return.
I found the rate was good for the centre of Glasgow but found the breakfast a bit pricey as I would not have eaten a lot. The location was fantastic and the staff very friendly.
I cannot fault the hotel at all.”

• Complimentary drinks. Comfortable seating.
• Double sized duvet for a king sized bed. Light levels low. Lack of drawers for clothes.

“Clean and friendly hotel. Sleep would have been better with correct sized duvet. Reading in bed would have been easier if bedside lights were brighter.
Convenient and near to shops.”

• great bed and pillows, clean, attractive decor.
• tile in bath had some mildew; low wattage light bulbs in lamps made reading difficult.

• comfortable and attractive room, friendly staff, executive lounge, good food

“Great central location, very comfortable and tastefully decorated room, seventh floor restaurant and lounge both delightful, friendly and helpful staff. Best place we stayed in Scotland.”
