• Free internet in room.
• Service was not the best.

“Our room key did not work. We went back down and the man came upstairs to override the door and get us in which is when we found that there was another person already staying in that room. So, after waiting in the hallway for another 10 minutes, we finally got moved to room. After a long day of traveling and not having a room ready upon arrival at 12:30PM, we would have really enjoyed a smooth arrival. It would have been far less upsetting had they been more apologetic about the situation. Other than that, the hotel was relatively modern. The expo center train station is far enough away that its difficult to carry luggage from the station to the hotel. Its probably close to 10 minutes with stairs and uphill.”
