• Rooms are very dated.

“Great location and good rate for an airport hotel, needs more refurbishment. Shuttle to airport was nice, but from airport to hotel could do with better information.”

• Less than 5 minutes away from airport, free 24 hour shuttle leaves every 15 minutes.
• Gym was not open 24 hours, closed at 9am, opened late.

“Hotel is convenient to the FRA airport with 24 hr shuttle running every 15 minutes. Very courteous and helpful staff. I arrived with my 9 and 12 yr. Old daughters around 8 a.m., too early for normal check in. The staff was very accommodating in trying to find a room for us as soon as possible since we were suffocating in the smoke-filled lobby. They located a nice non-smoking room and which was already equipped with an extra cot within an hour of our early arrival. This was awesome.”

• Close to the airport w/shuttle service.
• The reason we rated our experience so low is because we were put in a smoking room.

“Our room was awful; the smoke smell was everywhere. They did try to assist us by coming and unlocking the window but even with fresh air we weren't able to sleep because of the smell. Our request for that was not honored.”

• Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean.
• Room carpet was old and dirty, needs replacing.

“We chose this area because of a flight the following day. The airport is less than 3 minutes to the terminals by shuttle provided by the hotel which is very convenient. However, the downside is that it's a $30 cab ride into Frankfurt. There is no small shop in the hotel for small things such as magazines, newspapers, candy bars or toiletries. The rooms were a good size, beds comfortable, bathroom very nice, though carpets need replacing, and it was quiet. Internet is available for purchase both in the room via the TV and 2 machines downstairs.”

“This is a good business hotel with convenience to Frankfurt airport. Not the best 4 star hotel I have stayed in by any means, but a good place to flop for a night.”

• Just the overall appearance and location to the airport.
• No parking in the hotel, no iron/board in the room, high price breakfast.

“Again I was very impressed with the hotel, just felt that a 21 Euro breakfast for someone on the go is a bit excessive. But now that I know I will plan according when I stay there on my return trip.”

• Very nice business hotel--not really a resort place; we chose because it was convenient to airport.
• Pool/spa staff a bit curt.

“A great choice if you have business in Frankfurt or need to be near airport. We chose because we were flying through from Rome to West Coast. Nice way to break up a long flight with young children. The buffet at the lodge restaurant was excellent and the dining staff warm and helpful.”

• Nice rooms, decent staff, good value.
• Shower had a big hairball in the drain that we had to remove, movies didn't work on the T.V.

“This hotel is a great value for an upscale hotel if you want to be near the airport.”

• I loved the contemporary decor and the friendliness of the staff.
• There was nothing not to like!
