“Check-in quick and efficient. The maid showed up right on time to take down the wall bed. The room was clean and modern, although a little small. There's a great Japanese restaurant on the lower level with some of the best sushi I have ever tasted. Shuttle bus to the airport every 15 minutes was right on time. It's the Swiss way.”

“Ok hotel for staying at airport, definitely not 4 stars (hotel has a 5 star sign, don't know where they got that). At most a 3 star hotel.”

“I was praised for this hotel from other members of our traveling party. We all enjoyed it very much as it was clean, the staff was very friendly and the shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. If they could do one thing better, it would be to offer a shuttle that goes to and from the Main Train Station because with a toddler, it got to be a bit much shuttling off of the van and various trains, etc. I would stay at this hotel again.”

“I would stay here again if I didn't have a clear schedule of places I wanted to be. The shuttle was often late and the clerk "forgot" to call my taxi at a pressing time to leave for the train, which I almost missed as a result.”

“Perfect for business travelers or leisure who don't need to stay in the city center. Free shuttles to and from the airport every 20 minutes, where free (with the tourist card given by the hotel) trains bring you to the city center. Very convenient. clean, modern and efficient.”

“I booked and paid for 2 rooms. When I arrived, I was only given 1 room. After more discussions and showing the hotel my 2 confirmations, they eventually issued 2 rooms.”

“Location: the hotel is situated right outside the airport. Shuttle: there is a hotel shuttle that runs from 5:30am-11:30pm i.e. every 20 minutes from the airport to hotel. Pros: Id rate it a 4-star hotel is professional, clean, spacious, and modern looking. It is more of a 4-star business hotel then a leisure travel hotel. In US standards, it's more of a Marriott then a Ritz Carlton. Cons: The very "slight" inconvenience is getting from the hotel to central Geneva. Basically you'll have to take the shuttle to the airport (AKA the train station) and then one stop on the train into central Geneva (20 minutes approximately). There are no other food establishments around the hotel except for the two restaurants (Japanese and French/German) which is pretty pricey (but the food and service is excellent). Other x factors: 1) free transportation card that allows you to travel Geneva for free for the duration of your stay. 2) free use of the gym next to the hotel. 3) 24-hour internet usage cost 30 CHF (that's like a month of DSL service in US).”

“I expected a better room. We were placed as far as possible from the lobby. Smelled of smoke and had ashtrays. Asked for nonsmoking and King bed. Received neither.”

“Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The one downside is that the hotel is not in the city center, however the hotel does offer free train tickets for your stay. The city center is only 10 minutes away by rail.”

“While we enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and convenience of the hotel location, we were charged for parking in the hotel parking garage (the only place to park) and for the price and quality of the hotel, there is no excuse for not offering free parking to hotel guests and free internet in the rooms.”

“Great hotel. Close to Airport. They saw us with kids and in 5 minutes had milk and cookies for kids without us asking for it. Made us very pleased with the gesture. London we had to pay $300 more (32 nights, 45 pounds + tax)! Paris we had to pay 45 Euros/night. The only hotel great was Movenpick.”
