• It is close to the hotel which for some travelers may be good. There is free shuttle service every half hour.
• Not much else by it. Also thought breakfast was included but it was 16 euro. Which is about $22 right now?

“Nice and clean, very modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Gave good suggestions for dinner. Shuttle to the airport is free and from the airport it is about a twenty minute train ride to downtown. This is also free. The breakfast at the hotel is expensive though 16 Euro or $22 us.”

• The light bulbs needed to be replaced no bathtub.

• Everything was very clean, close to the airport and offered a wake-up call.
• I had reserved a room for two people (thinking I would get a bed for two people). Instead, we got a room that had four single beds.

“This hotel had efficient service; they still had a room for us even when we arrived after midnight on our check-in day. Although I didn't understand that when I responded that I wanted a room for two people, I got a four-bed room. Oh well, after a surprising 30 euro cab drive from the city center, it provided a place to stay that had a free shuttle that got us to the airport in less than 15 minutes.”

• Clean and pleasant room.
• I wish there was a quick check out system since there was nothing to pay.

“Good overall. You hear the noise of the airport if the windows are left open; leave plenty of time to get back to the airport because there is a wait for the shuttle and it drops people off at terminal one first, and most American airlines depart out of terminal 2 so more time is needed to get there.”

• Grumpy waitress in dining room, not too helpful.

“No complaints, everything except one comment above was excellent. I would stay there again because of its closeness to FRA.”

• The hotel was clean.
• Reasonable priced food options. Location.

“This hotel looks like it is in a good location, but it was difficult to find. There are no other food options available close by and their restaurant breakfast was $16 Euro a piece (dinner even higher). The hotel was clean, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend.”

• It was close to the airport and I was picked up and returned to the terminal.
• There were renovations happening while I was there and I thought the corridors were looking tired.

“A good option for an overnight stay in between flights. Comfortable but clinical which is acceptable because of its proximity to the airport and the great service of the shuttle bus.”

• I liked everything.

“We were pleased to find that the hotel had a very convenient and free shuttle to the airport. Our room was clean and the facilities and staff were nice. The continental breakfast was excellent.”
