• Nice remodel on the rooms and art deco restaurant.
• View from room not attractive and some tight corners to negotiate.

• It was nice to have a photo of the hotels in advance. Hotels in Europe are not as fancy as they are in us, but the friendly service makes up.
• The low beds and missing washcloths in some hotels.

“I did have a problem that I need you to check out. At the best western in Lucerne, I was charged upon check-out for the room. ”

• Free Internet/computer available with printer at all times; located in real "neighborhood" not tourist area.
• Very small elevator means you must depend on staff to bring up/take down your bags.

“Beautifully decorated, excellent staff service, comfortable rooms -- this is an excellent buy.”
