• I really liked the visits/gifts from Santa Claus. My 5 year old was thrilled.
• The food could have been better and the meal times were limited.

“The beds in the rooms were so comfortable that I had my best sleep ever while staying there. My husband agrees on that. It was a little too warm in the rooms even with the heat off but we just opened the windows in the room and it was quite comfortable. It was very quiet which was wonderful because I have stayed at other hotels and there was too much noise there. It was probably not quite as family friendly as other hotels that I have been to, but my daughter really enjoyed the visits from the Weihnachtsmann (Santa Claus). Gifts were left on the door of the hotel on 2 separate occasions.”
