• was very clean and well presented
• slightly over my budget-(price wise)check-in time-2pm-too late for me.

“I would have like to known the timings for checkins as i did list down an early morning arrival on the booking. However, on the date of arival staff said we couldnt check in till 2pm in the afternoon. I was not aware of this. I got there at 11:30am and the staff were very friendly and helpful on reception. The lady managed to check us in by about 12pm midday. This was great-her help was much appreciated.I would just like to know that in the future i am most likely to expect to be able to check in at 12:00pm,will this service be made possible for me if i choose to stay at danum again???”

• The tea making facilities in the room. The room was very comfortable.

• Very good price and a pleasant hotel.
• The price of an English Breakfast seems too high for the star rating and location.

“Single rooms are of a good enough size with a fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The facilities in the room are numerous and the general location and atmosphere at the hotel is very good.”

• The staff were excellent and very helpfull
• The room was very poor looked dirty and uncared for although everything worked

“Stayed there a couple of years ago and the hotel facilities were excellent seems to have slipped. car parking in hotel was limited but staff were helpful in ensuring other car parking was available”

• Good breakfast, adequate parking, good service, clean and tidy bedroom
• difficult to get to in one-way system. Very noisy at night time as on busy street

“Good deal for the price. Clean tidy surroundings with helpful, friendly staff. Bedrooms a bit small, but clean & tidy. Too warm, so had to open windows, and we were overlooking very noisy High Street.”
