• The bath was not clean and there was coffee down the walls in the room.

“Overall cleanliness of the hotel was not good. The bar meals were not value for money. ie. Sandwiches were very spare with ingredients.”

• Room was clean and staff were helpful
• Thin walls. Loud snorer in next room sounded very close.

“Two nights out of three stayed were very pleasant. The one bad night is the first I have had having stayed several times. I would stay again.”

• room very large - some of interior decoration of the hotel needed some work, but the experience was made by the extremely good staff, who were without exception courteous, friendly and helpful

• EASY ACCESS TO THE NEC. CLEAN COSEY LOT DO DO
• BREAKFAST PLATE WOULD HAVE BEEN FINE FOR A SANDWICH BUT WAS A REALY SILLY SIZE FOR A BREAKFAST PLATE.

THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR I HAVE USED THIS HOTEL AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO EVERY YEAR FOR THE EVENTS AT THE NEC”

• food good, location good and I got the quiet room that I requested
• bit over busy at breakfast ( I got behind a coach party of locusts)
