• 1 bedroom apt with Kitchen & Wash/dry.
• Restaurant overpriced and lousy continental breakfast.

“Liked the 1 Bedroom Apt units option with Kitchen plus Washer/Dryer. Secure Garage Parking @ very reasonable rates. Free coffee in Lobby. Excellent location within walking distance to Stephens Green, Trinity College, Grafton Street & Temple Bar area.”

• Location.
• The entire top floor under construction - noise 10 hrs day.

“Wonderful location and great staff. However, the rooms were worse for wear and the entire top floor under construction. Nose from 8 to 8 (Saturday included).”

• It was nice having a kitchen in the room.
• The carpeting was aged.

“Improvements would be needed for sound in the back rooms, as they are on the same side as a bar, so it gets quite noisy. Some of the rooms are nicer than others. Some are in need of a cosmetic renovation.”

• Good location in a nice part of town
• Filthy and falling apart inside, very used look to everything. Deserves 2 stars or less!

“Looked like a good deal, looked good from the front, started looking dodgy when I got to reception and saw the stained couches. By the time I got to my room already had doubts but when I opened the door things got worse! Mold in bathroom, ripped curtains, stains on every piece of furniture of unknown origin. Called and they must have had complaints before as I got an instant refund except for 1 night (not bad considering I was staying ten). Avoid if you can!”
