The young lad on reception, bar staff, restaurant staff, service and food.
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

“I recently stayed here, and the young gentlemen who checked me and my wife in, was more than helpful. He managed to get full public service timetables and maos for us, as we were walking the north downs to Canterbury. The young lad was also connected personally as we later found out after a chat with him he was intending to study there. What a great hotel, great staff and great service. I am going back in a few weeks time.”

Staff, cuisine, cleanliness, elegance of room.
The internet prices.

“Fantastic hotel, close to Farnborough International, but no airplane noises what so ever. Excellent staff, really helpful and nothing is too much for them. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.”

Close to the college.
Very dirty, smelly.

“Briefly, cross this one off the list. The next day after leaving, my credit card was max'd. Tomorrow I go to the bank to find out just what happened. It is a dive!!”
