  • Good location
  • Unable to turn the heating down but this was only a minor irration

“On the whole no problems or concerns and would certainly use it again.

  • The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The dining room was very appealing from the point of view of decor etc.

“The manager was very helpful with advice on eating out, helping with taxis for transfers etc. The breakfast was well presented and the overall experience was very good. The only negative aspect was the walking distance to the city centre, however, we made it our choice to walk, rather than travel by taxi or public transport. The hotel is in a very quiet location which meant a lot to us at night.”

  • Bright, spacious room with nice view and very helpful staff
  • Room was on the 4th floor with no lifts, but this was only a problem due to the weight of my suitcase

“Any qusetions I could have had were answered by the manager before I even had to ask them. The staff were extremely helpful and courtious.”

  • Excellent staff very friendly and helpful
  • no where to park

“We were settling our daughter into university and needed a stop over for 2 nights. The hotel had everything we wanted for this purpose, it was central and near our daughter. The only `bad `point was the parking as that was limited and also had yellow lines.”
