  • staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful
  • bathroom was very small and strange to not have the sink in the bathroom

“the hotel was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Two things which would have improved it were better instructions on how to get there and a larger bathroom with a sink in it. The staff were very nice and friendly and the breakfast was lovely!”

Cleanliness:[6] • Staff:[10] •

  • Excellent staff and in a handy central location
  • Ensuite bathroom was too small and the lift was claustrophobic

“Overall a likeable hotel, if only they'd get rid of having a bath in the ensuite and just have a shower cubicle in such a small space.”

  • The room was nicely furnished, although was a bit chilly for the time of year because of very high ceilings and windows.

“Our stay at the hotel was very good and was very near to the city centre, although I did feel that some offer could have been made by the hotel to the cost of the parking outside. It cost me about '15 just for one day to park my car as there was no facility for parking at the hotel which I think should be looked into.”
