• In room Jacuzzi.
• Restaurant food and hotel cleanliness.

“ Not a great place for honeymoon, it is primarily a family-friendly resort and there are kids everywhere. The food in La Palapa, the buffet, had many choices for vegan/vegetarians, but the other restaurants did not have many options and the food was not very good. ”

“Just got back from a 5 night stay at Crown Paradise. It was terrible. Had to wait for a very long time to get checked in. When we got checked in, they never gave us a lock for our safe, so we had to stand in line again for 30 min. and then they didn't have enough lock keys for each room. My friend finally got one after her 4 day there. Not friendly at all. The only thing nice was the beach. It was a bigger beach. But that is all. Very dirty. Everything. We got to our room, very musty smelling. They were painting our room when we got in there. I would not recommend at all. Have to take the bus everywhere. I know they say its a kids resort to but this was all kids resort. Babies-12 grade. Lot of kids.”

• Loved everything.
• Nothing.

“Loved every minute of it; cannot fault the staff or the food. Yes, the rooms could do with an update. They want a holiday too if you dont like kids go to an adult only hotel. We dont have kids and we love it. In fact, we like it so much that we are going back in august this year. Why do some people blame the hotel for the lack of beach or the sea is too rough? Its not the hotels fault.”

• Family environment, great kid's club, great food.
• Staff uses corrupt tactics to make extra $, some were dishonest.

“Great value for the $ for families, especially compared to Hawaii, etc. However, we were very disappointed in not being able to make restaurant reservations after numerous attempts and ended up bribing the hostesses for unoccupied tables (which we felt was a mini-form of corruption). Also, after a late check out and declining a time-share opportunity that we had previously verbally agreed to, we were hit with a $25 charge for a "broken remote control" that we proved to the staff that was NOT broken. They said that it had already been replaced but they never produced the broken one. Because it is Mexico, our hands were tied, you are guilty even after you prove your innocence, so we paid the "up charge" and left feeling violated by corrupt Mexican tactics.”

• Variety of facilities, restaurants, location.
• Too big and busy.

“My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on the beach, it was an awesome experience, the whole event was very well organized. We upgraded to the honeymoon suite, well worth it. Can definitely recommend this hotel, but if you're looking for a quiet holiday, this is not the place to come as it is very big and busy. Wide choice of restaurants and bars, something for everyone.”

• The staff.
• Lots of children, but there was a separate area for them.

“The staff was wonderful at this resort. They worked very hard to entertain everyone with games, dancing or pretty much anything that you could do at a pool. There is an adult pool along with the other 5 pools, which was nice to get away from kids from time to time.”

• Daytime activities brilliant.
• Too many yanks.

“I and my boyfriend went in September o5 and we had a fantastic time; food was great, lots of choice. The hotel was lovely and cleans as was our room which was cleaned every day with fresh tales. Day and evening entertainment was grill tequila volleyball, basketball, aerobics, bingo that's only half of it, and grill shows in the evening for children and adults. Staff was very polite and made you fill very welcome, excursions were fantastic to, if your planning on an evening out your got to go and experience co bongos out of this world and in the day we went over to an island and swam with the dolphins could not have asked for a better place to go we were there for 2weeks and did not want to go home, I promise you a great holiday there, we are dying to go back yourself.”

• Staff, food, beach and also the locals, remember a few dollars wont hurt.
• People who have nothing better to do than waste their time writing wrong reviews.

“Don't know why people moan, when this is the perfect resort for all. its got adult only rooms, bars and pools. The staff are so helpful its untrue, and tipping a few dollars will get u treatment fit for a king and queen. The beach is perfect, but beware as if your not a strong swimmer, it will catch you out. The food in this place is what u expect of an all inclusive but theirs plenty of choice for all. Please don't listen to silly people moaning about nothing, ”

• The staff tries hard but can¿t cope.
• Its not 4star 2 at the most it really is bad.

“This hotel is nothing more than a holiday camp for kids meals are a nightmare you cant get seating or find a plate the main restaurant is more like McDonalds you cant get into the restaurants always booked up there is a sewage works right across from the adult pool don¿t go if your adults its just for families they cant cope with demand in every department I asked for a glass of wine from room service the reply was sorry you cant get wine from room service even if they offered me a free holiday here I would not take it basically its buntlines wiv knobs on my advice don¿t go there is far better.”
