• The friendly Nature of the staff and the freshness of the suites.
• Delay in the elevators.

“This was my first visit to Colombo and was extremely impressed with the style of accommodation provided to me by the Hilton residence. I booked business suite, which was located on the 29th floor. The suite consisted of work desk with a high back leather chair and a modern fax machine, printer, copier all built in together. The wireless internet access around the property was great. I am looking forward to return to Colombo with my family so that they could experience some great hospitality. My only concern was the delay in the elevators to commute to my room and the lobby. However the view from the 29th floor was breath taking. I really enjoyed my two week stay at the Hilton Colombo residence.”
