• Very convenient and central location.
• Rooms smelled musty. Pool was not very clean.

“Staff is very friendly. I would stay there again as the location is very convenient for meetings and sightseeing.”

• The bed and linens were nicely maintained and clean.
• Small maintenance issues existed in my room which after I complained about was fixed. The safe would not open, the sink leaked from the bottom.

“This hotel has not been modernized or especially well maintained. By comparison to other regional hotels it is ok but offers a limited pool, with poorly maintained pool furniture and aging furniture pads. Everything is slightly shabby although adequate. The hotel does not include breakfast. Several requests made by my Sri Lankan associates were not honored. The room ironing board had to be requested twice and then was removed after a day. These small problems were typical of my stay. Small courtesies such as coffee, fruit or flowers in the room, which is offered at other regional hotels would have made a difference.”
