• Location, very convenient to trains, restaurant, and downtown.
• The cost of the Internet was outrageous, and the cost of the breakfast was way too high. Plus we were not given an option to just order a simple break.

“Overall the hotel was very good. Convenient to the Koln Messe and downtown. The local train stop is just a 5 minute walk and it's about a 10 minute walk from the main HBF. Therefore very convenient. Watch out for the breakfast prices they will pop up at the end of the stay and you have no idea how much you were paying. In addition the internet fees are also very steep.”

• Bar.
• Untidy, located in working area, no 5* hotel.

“The hotel is surrounded by working areas (they are about to dig a subway in cologne over the next years) and one main hole is just in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is just untidy. The room has not been cleaned up perfectly, spiffy windows, hairs down the bathtub just horrible. Staff was fine, but nothing outstanding. Next time in cologne definitely not the interknit again!”
