  • Nothing really outstanding about this hotel.
  • In both ways, there was nothing outstanding.

“I had imagined a grand four storey Spanish Grotto resort complete with pool masseuse, cabanas etc, you know the works? right? Divide whatever image you had by 5 and you will get a picture of what Palm Royal is. Definitely not Royal but rather Palm economy class Royal. Everything is there, but just miniaturized. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, nice pools, but 100% 3 star accommodation through.”
