• The staff was marvelous. I suitcase arrived in poor condition and they provided duct tape. My son was sick and they had a DR. contact him at no charge.
• Rooms not as nice or as equipped as most Hampton Inns.

“Very friendly and helpful staff. A low priced BBQ dinner menu or take away. It is close to a huge beach and a great casino. The bus is only 75c or a $20 taxi to Old San Juan and close to the airport. Good place for business people and families or even for waiting for your cruise. It is not a destination location for those wanting a resort atmosphere, but great if you want to have a convenient, clean, friendly place to stay while you go out to do other things in San Juan.”

• Everything! It will be the only place I stay.
• More restaurant exposure.
