• comfy beds, clean bathroom, close to town
• dirty carpet, cold shower, incompetent staff, expensive

“We expected more for our money. There were stains on the bedroom carpet and the shower took about 15mins to warm up and then was boiling hot. We were told the wrong time for breakfast and so missed it and weren't offered a discount as it was meant to be included. Good points were that the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy. It was close to town but we'd rather have stayed somewhere further out that was cheaper.”

• environment, good breakfast, friendly staff
• no porter, cold during night, no updating of hotel's guidance(how to call abroard)

“What I'd like to know when selecting hotel is how long does it take from the nearest railway station, but I couldn't find easily.
Beside I thought station Cheltenham equals Cheltenham Spa, or both stations are at least quite close. Actually they're not!
Please show it.”

• Clean, smoke free atmosphere. Lovely neighbourhood in easy reach of town centre restaurants & shops.
• The bar closed too early. boiling the kettle in our room wasn't easy.

“Not much more to say really. We had a very pleasent stress free stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
We didn't want to drink all night but a nightcap before retiring would have been nice.
Thank you.”

“The overall stay was very enjoyable. The room was very large and comfortable, with good facilities.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
