  • Friendly welcome, helpful staff, excellent food in a beautiful house. A very relaxing stay.

“The hotel is a listed building with many original features. Having given notice of our request for evening meal, we had a choice of menu that gave a good hearty meal; just what we wanted on a cold December night. The delightful lounge has a bar where you can buy bottled drinks at reasonable prices with plenty of games and puzzles to keep the younger ones occupied.
Highly recommended and will visit again if in the area.”

  • Comfortable bed. Homely room. Facilities no distance

“Very friendly welcome and owner friendly and helpful throughout. Excellent breakfast well served, car parking adequate, good centre for touring the area.”
